After 20 years of crisis Lafayette declares the end of the "European Liberation Revolutionnary War", he ends his exceptionally long presidential mandate (it governed 20 years: from age 35 to 55 and will live 22 more years). Beginning of the massive colonization of the Acadian Territory, and projects of colonization of Western Australian (free of British colonization). |

The Russians and the British are the only ennemies of Lafayette to have kept their full territory. The British masters of the seas decide to accelerate the construction of their colonial Empire to overcome the Universal Republic on the long run. Russia follows a similar strategy by colonizing Siberia. |
