LATIN AMERICA, BRITISH and RUSSIAN EMPIRES
Dec. 1816	:	San Martin takes control of the Kingdom of La Plata and proclaims himself President of the Republic.
Dec. 1817	:	San Martin and O'Higgins go to the Chile territory to beat the last royalist forces in the new La Plata Republic. Meanwhile Brazil invades Uruguay and Eastern Paraguay (La Plata territories).
Feb. 1819	:	Helped by the UR and NAF, Bolivar and Sucre take over the Kingdom of New Granada and proclaim the Republic there. Bolivar takes the Presidency.
Dec. 1820	:	After the death of George III, the British Emperor, his daughter Georgia the First follows the last wishes of the dead : she marries Alexandre the First Empereur of Russia. The two Empires unite to form the British-Russian Empire, enabling it to compete with UR.
June 1821	:	Sucre and O'Higgins make their junction and throw down the Kingdom of Peru. Sucre and O'Higgins proclaim themselves Protectors of the new Andean Federation, the time to organize free elections. San Martin incorporates the South-East Peru in the Republic of Plata to : "protect it from the Brazilians in Eastern Paraguay".
Feb. 1822	:	O'Higgins forms the Resistance Army of Paraguay and begins a guerrilla in Eastern Paraguay, against the Brazilian invader, Sucre remains in the Andean Federation.
Nov. 1823	:	9 Provinces (Chiapas, Yucatan, Guatemala, Belize, San Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama) in the Southern part of the Kingdom of New Spain declare independent, and with the help of UR and NAF, form the Isthmus Confederation.
Sept. 1825	:	A coup, secretly orchestrated by the UR, throws down royalty and institutes a representative pro-UR state in New Spain.
May 1826	:	Conference of Panama: Supported by RU, the proposal made by Bolivar to create a union of the new American republics, to counter Brazilian mperialism, is born: under the name of the Hispanic-American Council. This authority is designed to reinforce collaboration on the military, economic and policies levels of the 5 new Hispanic Republics. Although the antagonism between Bolivar and San Martin, the Council will be very useful four years later, in :1830 at the time of the First Global War, against Brazil and the Great Caroline, to coordinate the military actions on the UR and NAF side.
