Helped by the UR and NAF, Bolivar and Sucre take over the Kingdom of New Granada and proclaim the Republic there. Bolivar takes the Presidency. |

After the death of George III, the British Emperor, his daughter Georgia the First follows the last wishes of the dead : she marries Alexandre the First Empereur of Russia. The two Empires unite to form the British-Russian Empire, enabling it to compete with UR. |

Sucre and O'Higgins make their junction and throw down the Kingdom of Peru. Sucre and O'Higgins proclaim themselves Protectors of the new Andean Federation, the time to organize free elections. San Martin incorporates the South-East Peru in the Republic of Plata to : "protect it from the Brazilians in Eastern Paraguay". |

O'Higgins forms the Resistance Army of Paraguay and begins a guerrilla in Eastern Paraguay, against the Brazilian invader, Sucre remains in the Andean Federation. |

9 Provinces (Chiapas, Yucatan, Guatemala, Belize, San Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama) in the Southern part of the Kingdom of New Spain declare independent, and with the help of UR and NAF, form the Isthmus Confederation. |
