15. The Cartel
| Inside the Entertainment Ministry several free-trader associations have transformed themselves in one huge criminal network, its goal financially destroy the State, by practicing any illegal activity enabling an increase in its market : corruption, industrial espionage, fund theft, intimidation, threatening, assassination, illegal commerce and services, always exploiting the citizen's temptations… The Government has decided that this crime industry was to be quickly eradicated, but their presence is already wide spread. Their name, the Cartel, has been attributed after discovering one of their "half" legal shops, a horrific discovery of what was going on in the under world of the Capital. Much courage is necessary for the Magistrates and their assistances which fight against the Cartel, in the Entertainment parts of our old towns, in our technological libraries, in our merchandise docks... All this to save an old saying : "Crime doesn't pay !" |
