40. The Return

For several years now the tyranic Great Masters of the Temple, lead the BRE with a steal fist.

But they have encountered a problem, the lack of possible enslavement of the jewish part of the BRE population. Because the use of totalitarian christian propaganda has no effect on the jews.

Therefore the jewish subjects are not included in the great mouvement of the otherwise mono cultural BRE.

The BRE government is afraid that the jewish population may be the breach from which the revolutionanry UR ideas may reach the BR popultion. The conflict with the Ottoman Empire which ended by the presence of BRE troops in Anatolia and Near East gave a solution to the jewish problem to the Imperial power. Fainting sympathy with the jewish identity mouvement growing in Anglia, the BRE declared that the Alya (the return of the jews to holy land) was a national cause, that needed to be carried out promptly.

An increadible plan was decided : the creation of a jewish pioneer colonisation front in the Near East, to which BRE would send 200 thousand jew per year.

In about 20 years the BRE estimates that the whole of its jewish population will be grouped in this land, and therefore easily watched over. And above all, being a colony in hostile land, they would need help from the mainland and therefore will be layal to the crown.

This without even counting on the determination of the jews to fight for the land of their ancestors, for the better good of the BRE, which hopes to quickly build a channel between Red and Mediterranean sea, to access to India by sea.

One can understand better the symbols on the Near East occupied zone : A subtil Magen David in the center of which can be seen the pick, ultimate symbole of the pioneers.
