Each quarter consists of 2 months of class, followed with 10 days off for exam preparation, 5 days of exams and 15 days of vacation. During the 2 months of class every sixth day is a day off. Therefore 50 days are class days. A
class day is composed of 2 decidays of mandatory studies (4h48). Five subjects are studied in this 50 day period each quarter, each subject is an aspect of the UR society that is one about each Ministry and one about the Government. Until the end of Junior School these five subjects are mandatory. Then the student in High School can leave 2 subjects out and replace them with practical studies of two major subjects. In University the student keeps only one major subject, the 4 other days being used for personal research and training. |

If one misses class it is retransmetted by cinematography and visiography, or can be rented in films or visiograms. The
lesson identification is always the quarter number (1 to 100), the subject
( If one misses an exam for a good reason or has already missed it 3 times, one can follow the yearly special exam during the sans-cullotides (the 5 or 6 day holidays of the year's end in the UR calendar), studying coming before partying. The language used in Little School to Junior School is either the Regional Language, or the language of an official Minority in the Region (as Hungarian in Transylvania, German in Bohemia...). Then in High School the Regional Language is used alone, and in University the Republican Language alone. That is why the Regional Language is promoted in Little and Primary School and Republican in Junior and High School. Of course students of Regional language in Little and Primary school study a Minority language, a neighboring Regional language or the Republican language right away (in this case they study a foreign language until the end of University). |
